4 ounces London dry gin (Beefeater, Tanqueray or Junipero)

1-1/2 ounces orange curacao (Grand Marnier, Marie Brizard or Prunier)

1 ounce lime juice

4 generous dashes orange bitters (Regan’s #6 or Angostura Orange)

4 generous dashes Angostura bitters

 Pegu Club

Serves 2.

Combine all ingredients with a lot of ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake for approximately 20 seconds.

Strain into chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish with a lime wheel.
